We’re hosting a Market Christmas Party with mulled cider, cranberry punch, holiday treats, and festive crafts for the kids. Lee & Steve are providing live entertainment and we’ll have the place decked out and overflowing with Christmas cheer. Meet up with your family, friends, and favourite vendors for one last time in 2016.

The great thing about the Barrie Farmers’ Market is that most of our vendors not only grow and harvest and produce and make their own products, but they are the ones at the market every week making themselves available to explain their products and answer your questions. Even in the winter, they are in the City Hall rotunda with their wares. Sometimes they need a vacation too.

The Barrie Farmers’ Market will be closed on December 31, making this the last market before the new year. We’re committed to bringing you fresh local goodness every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., so it’s back to business as usual on January 7.
