  • Cycling: Bike racks are available nearby if you prefer to ride over.

What to Expect

Every Saturday, the market comes alive with local farmers, food producers, and artisans bringing the best of our region. You’ll find:

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables, meats, honey, maple syrup, and baked goods

  • Handmade crafts and artisanal products

  • Coffee, ready-to-eat foods, and seasonal treats

Vendors change with the seasons, so every visit is a little different.

Market Seasons

  • Outdoor Market (May – October): Stalls fill Mulcaster Street and along Collier Street with fresh produce, flowers, and summer energy.

  • Indoor Market (October – April): We move inside Barrie City Hall, keeping the community cozy and connected through the winter months.

Tips for Your Visit

  • Come early for the best selection!

  • Bring your own bags or containers to shop sustainably.

  • Some vendors accept debit/credit, but cash is always handy.

  • Families welcome — we often have live music, activities, and special events.

  • Please note: for health and safety reasons, pets are not permitted inside City Hall.
